The actual attendance has never been 90k pre-expansion, so I'm sure you were told a paid attendance.

LSU only officially releases the paid #. I know Bryan Lazare on TigerBait used to somehow get access to the # of tickets scanned and would post that during the week after the games. If you have a friend with a sub see if he still does that

maybe 80k. West upper was half full and west sidelines I could see tons of empty seats.I sit northeast corner and there were plenty of no shows. When they used to give out actual attendance before the expansion when you couldnt see empty seats there were still 2-3k no shows.

Paid tickets was still very high, it was a marquee game and a lot of people wanted it beginning of year.

Upper deck west side had a lot of empty seats, A&M tickets were sold and full.

Lower bowl was full.

My guess is unused tickets were high especially in upper deck

Agreed.

I was there. Had tears in my eyes singing the alma mater as they carried Les off. Woke up yesterday so hoarse I could barely speak.

There's a lot of people in the world who sit in front of a tv hoping for a collapse in attendance for a reason to run off the coach. Luckily, those people don't matter.

It was an electric experience. Top 10 games I'll never forget.

They can post on here, so there's that.

I was honestly surprised at the attendance and energy of the crowd. I dare to say it was more electric at kickoff/first defensive series than the Florida game this year. Was a fantastic environment despite all the nonsense

I'm trying to do the math, how many empty seats in a ton?

The crowd was great and larger than expected for a Saturday after Thanksgiving game.
