I'm happy to see Jefferson get an opportunity although I doubt if he's on any NFL roster in six months.
Perhaps some kind of developmental deal with a team willing to work with him but I don't see him on any sideline in 2012.

He's saying he wants to work to get better. Dwi. I don't care for him but he doesn't need everything he says to be dissected.

This kid gets bashed for evrything he says, just let it go. He said nothing wrong. He actually said what every player that comes out should say. They all have a lot of work to put in before they can be considered a great player. Took eli 2 superbowl wins before he was even mentioned as an elite qb alingside his brother and brady.

Ive got no problem with what he said... but he should probably worry about what its going to take just to make a final roster before worrying about what it takes to be great.

The thing that irks me about the kid has never ever once mentioned the team only I, I and more I whereas JL almost never mentions I, always we , the team, etc. Just annoying to me I guess although would not pull against him just not a big fan FWIW.

Exactly. JJ could have a press conf to talk shite about pedophilia and the haters would be on the pedaphiles side. He is constantly called a me player and when he comes out an says he has a lot of work to do, he gets blasted for that.
To the op, if you read jj's statement had got out of it that JJ thought he was on the level of those qb's he mentioned, you suck at reading comprehension
