Bored too so high jacking: myths about AU/LSU series:
05-"field goal game". Vaughn missed 6 fgs, supposedly if they make one of these they win in regulation. BUT we also missed a field goal and dropped 2 td passes (pre-lasek Bowe)
07-"last second" play to win. There was actually 3 seconds left when the whistle was blown. Mike Patrick made the proclamation that if it was bobbled we'd have lost: bs.
Media narrative supplanting actual events has always been the norm, even in sports.

Yep. And to be honest. I never understood the point of that forum. All people do is insult and upset each other on there. There is less than 10% of civilized posters on that forum who can discuss sports in a mature manner. The rest (it seems) are either a collection of trolls, teenagers, or people who love to argue.
