And just because he played in the NFL doesn't mean he has remarkable football acumen. He has the genetics which allowed him to grow into a adult body to play in the league. There's a lot of idiots in the NFL.

This. Just because someone is a good or great player doesn't mean they can coach. Bobby Hebert was a pedestrian NFL quarterback, not a very good one and certainly not a great one.
He should stick to his job and stop trying to bring others down because he doesn't agree with them. What a retard!
