None of the gates are supposed to allow you to bring any outside drinks in, even water.

They check at the gate on the northeast corner. Last week I had to throw my real water away.

This isn't difficult outside the student section.
You put it in your pocket. As long as it's relatively unnoticeable, you're fine. They aren't looking for this. front pocket, back pocket, in the waist. Whole lot easier with boots and jeans but it's impossible to wear that to a game until November.

I went through the metal detector for UGA and as i walked through and it beeped, since i had a metal flask, the guy says "you got a money clip?" i said yes, even though i don't, and he said, "you good".

even if you have to go through the metal detector, just leave something metal in your pocket and show them that. They aren't patting you down, unless you look like a trashy piece of drunk shite that is belligerent about the process.
