Wow haven't heard that name in forever i wonder how jail is treating him

I am sure he looks more like a DT now. I could not wait for him to play for LSU until he got in trouble. Seriously, this guy hit the crap out of people on the football field. One of the hardest hitters I've seen in a while.

Amp Hill and Lavelle Hawkins come to mind as well EDIT - Hill did "play" but never caught a pass

Both were stellar in high school.

Brandon Williams - Safety from Port Allen

Phil Loadholt - JUCO OT out of Garden City, CC - ultimately played with the Sooners.

Not sure if he ever signed with LSU, but I think he was a verbal commitment:

Who was the defensive tackle who was number 1 in the nation who went to play baseball. He was from Mississippi.

Maybe his name was Walter Jones.

did cade comeaux ever play a down before being diagnosed with chron's (sp?) disease?

Kade Comeaux did play for a little. He would have been very good had he not come down with the disease.

I don't think the guy ever did anything but Tyrone Malone, LB from Texas, was supposed to be the next Lawrence Taylor. Don't remember if he was an Archer or Hallman signee. Don't remember why he didn't play - grades?
