When I think of speed around the base paths, to me, turning that sac bunt into a hit or a single into a double is what's important.
Or Mark Laird starting in deep center and making a diving catch in far right is where it's at if you're talking straight speed. If you want more base-stealing, then fine. This isn't a slow team though.
