Check your facts bud.
Callaway in fact ran the top fcs offense in the country for 5 years..... coached lots of all-Americans and draft picks.

He was an oc for 5 years and ran the top offense in the country every year. He’s developed all-American qb’s and receivers and a few draft picks. He was a top three finalist for offensive coach of the year last year. And he’s been huge in the development and recruitment of the QBs here

Slinger retires, make Callaway PGC,slide Linehan into Slinger's vacant place holder OC spot until Callaway becomes OC in a year or two.
