LSU Sports app. Pay for Geaux Zone and log in.
Or log into GeauxZone on your computer and connect your computer via VGA or HDMI to your tv.
Or you can watch it on justin.tv most nights. Frowned upon. It's probably not a licensed and legal thing that the owner of the stream is doing. I can't state for fact that it isn't, and that he doesn't have a right to do it. The video quality is much lower as well.

For the powered zone 2 and 3, my Onkyo requires stereo inputs (RCA). So...I have to run a pair of RCAs off my DirecTV box to my receiver so that I can listen to a game outside whole it plays inside on the TV. Same way with AppleTV.

I've got a gen1 apple TV so I use a chromecast, same concept. Works perfect

These threads always crack me up. Apple tv/cromecast/etc are all a scam. All you need is an hdmi cord plugged from your computer into your tv

Apple TV is $99
Or for $49 you can go to best buy and get the adapter that allows you to run an HDMI cable straight from your ipad.

Or buy one for a quarter of the price on amazon.

Though close to standard, HDMI ports on laptops are not standard. You probably still have VGA on the vast majority of both tvs and laptops, but then you're watching in lower resolution than if you streamed it, assuming a decent wifi chip (though I don't think the "controller" really does much once the stream has started) and a $35 chromecast. Beats buying a new laptop. Or a laptop at all, if the only computer in the house is a desktop upstairs.
And the AppleTV being bought exclusively for this would be what I call a "bad investment," but it's got enough other uses that wanting to do this almost justifies the price (as opposed to a more feature-filled box + iPhone-->HDMI cable)

This makes me glad that I skimped on the multi-zone receiver and opted for a single-zone + distributor switch. My mains are stereo (2.0), I run some of the satellite outputs to a distributor switch. When just the tv/zone 1 stuff is on, I leave the receiver in 2.0. For zone 2 (done have/want/need 3 in current setup) I flip it over to the 7.1, and the switch has powered speaker ins and passthrus and then can be turned on/off to 4 speakers (went small, bigger ones available). End-goal when I am in a non-rented place is to install a dial-attenuator near each zone for more/better volume control since the switch is a pure on/off and volume has to be set over the whole system.
It's not perfect, but it's pretty effective.

All I care about is the shite I bought is working. Played whole game with phone through AppleTV on da patio. Only used about 20% of my IPhone battery. Good picture, good sound & Geaux Tigers. Thanks for everyone's input!

I watch on my iPhone via geaux zone.

Check out the OUYA Game Console for a media center. It's much faster than Apple TV, it has a faster nVidia Tegra 3 quad core processor and 1 GB on board DDR3 memory.

related question...if I have a smart tv, can I stream the geaux zone directly into the tv?...
Posted on 3/1/14 at 12:30 pm to Spankum
Most smart tv's deliver content via apps, not web browsing. If the smart tv has a built in web browser and has the ability to side load adobe flash, then yes. If the smart tv has no browsing capability, you are better off purchasing a media streaming device on which you can load the Geaux Zone app.

LSUsports premium app streamed to AppleTV is the best and only way to enjoy the Tigers. Better than CST HD.
