you will have to buy Game plan or pay 34.99 for the game. And In LA its still possible it could be blacked out.

It will be blacked out if you are in south louisiana

I purchase Tigervision through Dish Network every year. I think it is channel 461 for this weekend.

Unfortunately, you don't get different announcers.

Sure you can. It is one of the game plan channels in the 400's. It is $35 for SD coverage.

Software that gives either masks your IP address or gives you one from a different part of the country. I forget what the name of it is. I'll have to check when I get home. Used it to watch a few baseball games a couple years ago that were blacked out.

Download and install "Hotspot Shield", it will mask your IP so the feed is no longer blocked. My understanding is that this is perfectly legal. I've been using it for a couple of years.
