Do you think that was directed at a player or a COACH?

The caps are a clue for you, Gramms.

You made my point for me. Boo Jefferson. Yell at the coaches to put in Lee.

Keep booing, whether you are booing the players or coaches. It actually makes me feel like a much better person for not.

Shows how much of a dumbass you are. The option is THE ONLY REASON that we are running for 180 yards per game. How do you think Ridley is getting all his yards up the gut?? I know you can't answer that, because I can tell by your post that you have no football IQ.

It is the only play in our offensive playbook at the moment that is succesfully stretching the field horizontally.

No it is not.

you are a fricking moron if you believe this

You would have believed Hitlers propoganda

There are many more ways to penetrate the middle of the field running without setting it up with the option.

ermmm.. how many options does bama run per game?

OMG WAIT I thought you had to run an option to set up an inside run...

wait that's right, its BS

BULL. shite.

I'm tired of this excuse. The series where Jefferson threw all 3 passes at the WR's feet, all of which were past the first down markers, the boos rained down.

I don't care about the boos. It is what it is......but you MFers that keep saying it was just booing the coaches are full of it. Just stop being a pussy and man up and admit it.

I havent been to a game yet this year, but my friends and I boo the shite out of Miles from my couch. I feel sorry for JJ and Lee for not having a coach that could develop them. We actually cuss at Miles and Crowton almost nonstop every game. Though the past few games we've kinda settled down into just knowing what to expect and accepting mediocracy from LSU football until we get a new coach.

Like I said, keep booing.

When I look to my right and see you, it makes me feel better about myself.

+1 Prom. it was clear they were booing JJ that time.

I think they were boing Miles when Jefferson came back into the game after Lee played a series, but Jefferson was the target of many of the boos.

I think booing is just stupid. Grown men and women booing teenagers. Just stupid.

I think someone above put it best: even if you are booing "decisions", "plays", or "coaches", you are booing LSU.

So when an AD finally gets around to firing a football coach. IS HE FIRING LSU?

When Miles dismissed Perrilloux from the team, was he dismissing LSU?

When MIles buries a player for being critical is he burying LSU?

When a team runs the ball repeatedly on 3rd and 8 do you cheer? Why not? ARe you just silent then? ARe you ignoring the play. If you are, you're ignoring LSU.

I may agree though, that when you accept Miles' mediocrity with your silence, you are accepting mediocrity for LSU.

And to the question about what you're expected to do otherwise if you're unhappy: you can sell your tickets to some fans on the waiting list you would kill to take them off your hands.

And that's why LSU was able to hire Mike Archer, then Curley Hallman and then Dinardo. Because there are always fans willing to "kill" for the tickets.

Give me a break. I have never booed a player, but I did proceed to clap when Lee went in. Does this make me low life scum too?

" the fact that the booing is being discussed regionally and nationally is certainly an embarassment to us all."

Amen, brother. A sad state of affairs. Hopefully the team and the fans put LSU in a godo light this Saturday.

Yep. Booing a team (coaches and/or players, however you want to classify it) that is in control of a game against a ranked opponent and on the verge of going 4-0 is pretty pathetic. I am sure a lot of teams and their fans would be very happy to be 4-0 about now (just ask GA).

But on the other hand, I feel my fellow fans frustration with JJ and the Coaches' apparently unwillingness to give Lee any real playing time. So how should fans voice their frustration with the handling of the QB spot?

Who cares who was booing who. Why is everyone acting like a bunch of pusses. Get over it. Those players aren't really hurt by boos. Give me a break. I do think most were booing Miles but if they were booing Jefferson then who cares cause he was awful that night. All SEC schools boo when things are going badly. It's not just us so people need to get off their high horse and shut up.

Miles is doing the best he can with what he has at the moment.

if so, the 'best he can' does not warrant $3.8 million a year and I have a complete right to boo him.

He recruits with the best of them and at the end of the year he will get rid of Gary Crowton and the offense will get better

I thought he was doing the 'best he can' now. If Crowtown should be canned, shouldnt he have his responsibilities taken away now, or does the $4 million not think so while doing his best?

Shepard sweep? Oh wait, that only resulted in 2 long TD's before we basically dropped it to once or twice a game.

No, it is a must we run the option to stretch the field. Getting 40 plus carries to JJ is the only way. Someone like Shepard could not do that magic. Swinging murphy out? Nope. Short side option to spread the field with a horrific option QB... only possible solution.
