Cut the man a break. I saw a random post a few hours ago that she hit a 60 yarder today, don't know if it's true though

She won't beat Drew, but she's got talent and work ethic. If she's good enough to beat out the 2nd/3rd stringer, I see no problem with it.

our 3rd string freshman walk-on has youtube videos of him kicking 64 yard field goals. mo can't do that

So you're judging what I know and what I've read by the amount of posts I've made on this website?... I can totally understand now why you're always learning new things.

Mo didn't hit a 60 yarder today. Her own facebook page, she said she had good accuracy, needs to work on distance/power.

I'll be stunned if she doesn't dress for a game. Alleman will be nicked for the Towson game and she'll dress in his place and kick towards the end.

She's all kinds of fine and multi-talented too, but she definitely needs to go make me a fricking sammich.

I'd be stunned if she made the roster. I do like that she is serious about trying out and that she is getting a serious look by the coaches. However, it is extremely rare for anyone to make the game squad via try outs. This should be even more difficult for kicker because it does not require any freak or rare physical attributes.

Good luck to Mo and thanks for the effort.

I posted that on the "What would you like to see in practice today" thread. Because I'd like to see Mo hit a 60 yarder. Not because it happened, sport.

Nah definitely not. Actually finished school and was actually recruited by many sec schools and had it ruined due to a broken femur senior year and had to go d2. But that's a good assumption bro. What's ur story

....D2 huh......even Nicholls wouldn't take you, but pre-injury you were recruited by SEC schools. You do know they send out thousands of mailers? If you were truly a valid SEC recruit, someone in D-1 would have looked past the broken bone. It's actually less than blowing an ACL.....bones heal better than soft tissue.

I call BS.

ETA: don't ask my story....

This isn't Rudy. Don't expect all the starters to give up their jerseys so that Mo can dress for a game.

This has been really cute and all, but it might be a distraction at this point.

Time to part ways.

Why would "split tails" on the team possibly bother you?

Cause she is not as good as our 3rd kicker. SHe is a girl, this is football. Girls do NOT belong on a football field. It is a novelty and Miles or anyone would rather let her try than face the backlash.

I saw video of our 3rd or 4th guy kicking over 60! She needs to stick to her best sport and maye she can make the Olympic team.....oh wait

thats how i feel too. I would hate for the media focal point of our season to be Mo. It is time to focus on what is important.

Ok. If our 3rd string guy can hit em at 60 yards consistently, he'll push to take DA's spot and there will be no room for her on the roster. That's fine. But if she's a better kicker than any of the guys currently on the team, I see no problem with her taking a spot.

As for the "women don't belong on a football field" comment, sounds like she could have hit a 70 yarder and you wouldn't want her out there.

we already have Alleman, Hairston, and Delahoussaye (preferred walk on). Then we have Dominque, another walk on. I think we are set at PK
