It is hot in the Deep South everywhere. LSU fans just need to man up.

A half marathon was more fun than the first half of that game

You are delusional if you think bama, USC, and uga are as hot this time of year

good for them...but I'll also point out that FSU and Miami get to play some games up north as well...a lot further north than LSU normally goes...Virginia Tech in the daytime is pretty comfortable this time of year

not everyone who attends a LSU game is in their late teens to mid-20s in decent physical condition...the least LSU can do is ensure there is enough water and ice (and come November, hot drinks as they are ALWAYS running out of hot chocolate)...

One partial solution that comes to mind is when the temperature is forcast to be over 85 degrees would to allow each person coming into the stadium to have two half liter bottles of water with them...preferably frozen...

so what if they smuggle vodka and whatever in the bottles...they have the option...

Can you imagine the Auburn stories...

I'll give you a hint--you can't bring any beverage frozen solid into Yankee Stadium, which is in the Bronx, which features a set of bleachers where sit a group of people who have earned a reputation.
See why the frozen thing is out of the question?

I was at the Georgia vs South Carolina game and it was hot as frick. 2:30 kickoff.
You're delusional if you think Louisiana is infinitely hotter than the rest of the southeast and should probably do more traveling.

It's hotter in LA later in the year. Eastern time zones make a difference too. I guess you missed when I said this time of year.
4:30 kickoff. Some perspective: The high on September 7th in athens was the same as the high in mid October in La. It was in the 70's by the end of the game.
I've been to every campus in the SEC, and I lived in Memphis all summer, it isn't near as consistently hot as in LA. I don't deny that it gets hot everywhere in the southeast, but Athens has consistently been in the 70s the last few weeks.

LSU started playing football at night for a good reason....IT'S HOT IN LOUISIANA UNTIL LATE OCTOBER...
I challenge Mr Slive, the university presidents, and the head of CBS Sports to sit in the East Upper Deck of Tiger Stadium during a day game in any September....or even until mid-October...see how much they like the experience...
Do you really think any of them give a shite? Seriously, it's about the money!
