9 million a year, LSU deserves better

BK is the highest paid coach at LSU. Mulkey makes 4.1 million, national champion and has a waiting list of girls who want to play for her. Jay Johnson makes 1.65 million a year and also has the top talent wanting to come play for him and this program. What does BK have? The top talent isn’t knocking down his door to come play for the football program. Yeah yeah I know football is different. But it begins with the coach! We should see a huge improvement in year 3 and be a top contender, but overhauling a defense will delay that deal! Come BK earn your pay or move on!

Why are we comparing the salaries of coaches in different sports? Football coaches make more money than ladies basketball coaches. Doctors make more than plumbers

Well we certainly deserve a coach capable of hiring a competent DC. A coach that can make halftime adjustments also seems a reasonable request for
$9 mil/year. And that amount should also buy a great recruiter.

We weren't complaining about Matt House last year. We were complaining about the Special Teams coordinator Polian and Kelly let him go. Have faith that he will let House go too. Coaches make mistakes. They get bad advice too. I am frustrated with House, but I have faith that BK will find a good DC this off-season.
