Game took nearly 2 hours and 20 minutes.

I'm speechless.

And truth be told, UGA committed 55 fouls on their own

How many free throws? Didn't LSU shoot like 55?

A foul every 44 seconds. Sweet game, refs.

Yet people are questioning our effort on defense and want to know why we weren't more aggressive in the final minutes.

On paper, the only way UGA is getting back in that game is fouls that give them chances to score with minimal clock impact. Us stinking it up on FTs and Frazier going off was unpredictable.

No denying it was a bad game though.

Helps when you can foul before the ball is thrown inbound. I wonder why they didn't just do that every possession.

I'll be perfectly honest, and obviously I haven't been paying attention, but I didn't know that could be done. You never see that kind of thing called, and usually intentional fouls prevent it from being a viable strategy, but UGA pulled it off twice I believe.

Oh I know, which is why I said "and Frazier going off."

We could withstand one or the other, but not both. Obviously we won, so apparently we can withstand both, but I was fairly certain that open 3 was going in to end the game.

What a grind of a game. Hard to keep a flow. Shocking finish, but happy to get the 'W'
Wow.

I was there. Watching that dumb **** coach from Ga bitching at every single call when Ga mauled us all night long.....I had to leave at half time. I had to leave anyway cause I had a 6 year old with me but the point is I would like to kick that red sneaker wearing **** right in the nuts. I mean that retarded, half wit, snaggle tooth, white dude from Georgia basically tackled Ben every time he was in the game.

Meh. Hornsby is an 87% FT shooter and hit 57% tonight. Simmons was a 73% FT shooter and hit 59%.

The narrative that LSU is a poor foul shooting team is overblown. FTs hurt us tonight down the stretch, but LSU still shot a better % than UGA.

LSU has actually shot a better FT% in every SEC contest this season except @Vandy and v.Arky.

Yep, that's right. LSU has shot a better FT% is 6 of 8 SEC games than the opponent.

Glad to see we're rubbing off on the rest of the conference.

Pumped for the win, but that game was almost unwatchable.

And here's the problem I have. Even with all the missed free throws, LSU outscored UGA by 23 from the line yet only won by 4.
