How about OL play? '06>>'13

nah. 06 had some guys that grew into good players in the next year or 2 (Helms, Herm, and Ciron), but they were pretty green and struggled in 06. ppl talk about that OL struggling in the run game, but I think they had pass pro issues too. Jamarcus' mobility and experience (he was good at checking down and just getting the ball out quickly in general) helped.

13 was better, but they prob get a bit to much grief for how the UGA and Bama games ended. by and large they kept Mett clean and the running game going, but the visual of Mett crawling against Bama (and later going down for the year) is hard to shake.

We threw the ball a lot more because against Auburn and Florida we couldn't run to save our lives. Defense was in the damn backfield as soon as the ball was snapped.

2013 or 2016 offense by Corporal BeavisWhich offense was more talented?

talent wise they are about the same (or possibly better depending on how well Harris does), however this years offense should be much better on the field for reasons that go beyond talent

this year offense has probably more depth at each position than ever. 2013 was top heavy. But 2013 is answer

didn't the 06 team have serious problems running the ball for the first 8 games of so?

Yes. Which makes Jruss's 2006 season that much more special. As a team we rushed for less than 120 yards 5 times in 2006.

That Notre Dame win though was great. Over 570 yards of offense. 200+ rushing & 300+ passing.

I think Williams will have a far better nfl career then Blue. He's bigger and fast enough with very good agility for his size. Close to Lacy imo. I just think LF is just a freak and Guice is a better 1 2 punch with LF but the only reason he isn't seeing more carries. Williams is a great back and will have a long career imo.
