We just took him to overtime with a terrible QB. You can jump off the bandwagon now.

In all honesty our defense gave us TONS of short fields, turnovers, and momentum that year. They set the offense up to be successful in the best way. Your point is correct by the numbers, but sometimes you have to dig into stats a little bit to find a kernel of truth.
I think it would be more appropriate to say that sometimes YOU have to ignore the stats to spew a little bullshite.

The defense did not give LSU THAT many short fields. That does not give LSU the #17 scoring offense.

Moreover, LSU still had the #22 Rushing Offense and the #24 Passing Efficiency.

BUT THE MAIN POINT is that although LSU was below average in the number of plays run per game, LSU was above average in the number of yards per play.

I cannot disagree with you. Chavis has to coach error free football, bc the HC is an idiot and cannot develop a QB. hasn't developed 1 since he has been in Baton Rouge.

I find it funny that you call us the "tards" for laughing at your absurd predictions

Salviati, check out the two years your boy JJ was the full time starter.
I have never argued that LSU had a prolific offense in 2009 or 2010.

I like how you throw out an insult when the point went straight over your head.

I bet you were one of the pussies in 2011 saying no way we could win in Tuscaloosa too.

What a convenient time frame for you to pick. What happened 2 months before 1/9? I forget. Or the year before that. Or two years before that? Oh, Miles beat Saban? Impossible.

Saban owns miles

Except for the almost half the time he doesn't.

Bama Rant is just a click away. Feel free to go there.

What is absurd? Bama beat LSU 4 straight times. Saban plays to win, Miles plays to lose. Pretty obvious

17 straight losses didn't mean a whole hell of a lot this past Saturday. Your "logic" is retarded.

And we've beaten Saban twice and gone to OT two other times without a developed QB. But feel free to be Bama fearing pussy.

retarded? explain this one unicorn rider. LSU has scored less than 14 points in 4 SEC games this year. That is the worse since 1992. BTW LSU went 2-9. Retarded? yeah right I know bad football when I see it. Thats awesome LNCHBox. sounds like you are the retarded one. 17-0 bro. worse offensive display since 1975 since McClendon who was another that LSU hung on for too long.

All that nonsense and we still took your lord and savior's team to OT, and beat a top 3 team.

You're a chicken little cry baby. It's OK, embrace your role.

ETA: Absolutely outstanding deflection by abandoning your logic that I called you out on.

2011 was 86th in total offense.

We had the following defensive scores:

UO - Fumble return TD (TM7), 21 yard drive following a fumble for a TD, 41 yard drive following kickoff fumble recovery. 41 yard TD drive following turnover on downs by desperate UO.

MSU - 1 TD

WVU - Claiborne TD return, 50 YD TD drive following INT, 1 YD TD following TM7 INT

UK - Fumble return TD by TM7

Just for a few examples and then you had punt return TDs by TM7 in the Arky and UGA games.

It was a decent offense, but was helped greatly by special teams and defense.

Ole miss is not a top 3 team. at the time yes. but there is at least 5 better teams than ole piss.

No. I actually call things as I see it. Think things through. I grew up around football. Dad was a coach for 20 years. I know bad football when i see it. Defensivley, LSU is good, but the offense, worse I have seen in years. Chad Loup wasn't even this bad. You cannot see the forest through the trees.
