Perhaps I'm being overly optimistic. But I really don't see this game being a fight. I genuinely believe we will win handily.

So do the odds makers. Ten points is a very big spread for a neutral site ball game. I think LSU is more like 17 points better, but Les has a tendency to go conservative with a lead. Wisconsin is not the sort of team to stop fighting, so most of us see the score being closer at the final whistle than with 10 minutes to go.

Brandon Harris is probably better than you think. He’s not going to be Drew Brees when it comes to winging it around the yard, but he’s going into his fourth year as a quarterback with SEC experience and with the potential to be the type of leader who just doesn’t screw it all up.

Yea he got the fourth year thing wrong but besides that he is spot on with his analysis of Brandon Harris.

Booger & Marcus both predicted the same thing and that the 1 loss would come to Arkansas away. I hope they're all right, but I still hate losing to Ar-Kansas!

LSU hasn't won handily against any opening big non conference opponent in the Les Miles era. This game will be close.

I was there in person. It was 16-13 at the half!

Then Honeybadger took over. Closer game than the final score showed.

Is there any less significant fact than the halftime score? Honeybadger scored his TD in the second quarter. The second half LSU ran and wore down Oregon and pulled away and won handily by the end of the game.

I was there as well, Oregon could not move the ball. They were completely shell shocked by that defense.

They had no chance to win the game.

Oregon scored a TD with 13 seconds left to keep from losing by 20 points.

THIS.... dude lost ALL credibility right there... ALL of it. I do agree that we lose one game this year, but that will either be to Florida or the pigs.

Second halves don't count now?

Great news, turns out that LSU's losses last season were all nailbiters since LSU was within a score in all 3 at some point after halftime.
