Where are Mosley and Owens expected to go?

It's interesting to see that pretty much everyone else in Alabama has decided where they will be going to college. It looks like Auburn in particular will have to rely on out of state kids for their class.

As of right now I would say Owens (uncle first black player at Auburn) goes to Auburn and Moseley to Bama. Although Bama thinks they are closer to getting Owens than they were a month ago. Auburn needs him more for sure and IMO would be one of the bigger losses for Auburn.

I think Mosley is going to Bama with James Willis pulling this one in. But Auburn made a good impression on him when his family came down for the mini camp. He had good things to say.

The Gibson bit is still way too much to believe. He's the number five prospect in the state... above Sanders, Fowler, Mosley, Gibson, Perry, Richardson, and Patton? There is absolutely no way on that one. I'd honestly even have him below White, Belue, Holland, and others. There's something political behind that rating, I believe. If he would have committed to Alabama or Auburn in late May, I have no doubt that he would have been a middling three-star at absolute best.

Oh, I'm not stunned that he's #5 because I saw where Rivals moved him. I'm just stunned that they actually have him ranked there. He's just not a very good football player. One of the LSU fans said that UA and AU didn't offer because he didn't attend their camps, but that has nothing to do with it. We got a commitment from his teammate, who is by far the best player on that team. If Gibson could play, one or both of the instate schools would be recruiting him. Hell, Auburn's talent sucks, and they're not exactly tearing it up on the recruiting trail, and they didn't even give him a sniff.

As I said earlier regarding him, you would think that in a year where we are taking 3 safeties probably and Auburn is taking 2-3 that either staff would give a "top 5 player in the state" a sniff? It isn't like this dude flew under the radar because we took a commitment from his teammate and Chizik and company have frequented every school worth mentioning pretty much. Its just mildly ironic that both schools in need of safeties would pass over this kid like he is a red headed step child.

If Gibson doubled as a safety in high school and people actually knew how good he was at that position then I wouldn't doubt his 4* status, but he still wouldn't be in the top 5 IMHO. With that said, being top 5 without ever playing his projected position other than 2 camps (one of which didn't result in an offer) is a complete joke. I don't care how good he looked in a camp.

Ive seen him for 2 seasons in several games and he is nowhere near a rivals 250. This is not because he committed to LSU but from seeing him on the field in competition. He will be the biggest bust of the top 40.
