Revisiting a recruit, Hanner Shipley, did the real story ever come out?

Hanner Shipley was one of the first commits of the 2015 class and he suddenly transferred to Abeline Christian right before his freshman year. I couldn't remember a reason, so I looked back at old threads and no one seemed to know the reason either.
He was a blocking tight end that many thought would grow into a tackle someday. Foster Moreau got a lot of playing time as a true freshman at the same position as a a signing day backup plan.
I was wondering if anyone knew the real reason he left and how he's doing at ACU?

Looks like he played in 6 games for ACU as a true freshman, not sure where. Maybe OL as he didnt catch any passes.

I know one of our most prominent players put his paws on him in the weight room. Whopped him pretty good.

My brother-in-law coached him in high school. Let's just say he was VERY surprised he got an offer from LSU in the first place, and not at all surprised that he didn't last....

Sorry fellas for the delayed response. One of our top 5 players beat his arse right before he transfered out for dicking off and then talking shite to him when he told him about it.
