Didn't Quille commit then de commit from LSU a few weeks later?

I remember reports were just out that day that he was looking at other SEC teams, and next thing you know he's an LSU commit.

No.

I cried inside when he chose Tennessee. We desperately needed a big possession receiver for Mett in 2012

Some nice names but I think history says the biggest loss was Pat White - the others were replaced by someone who did well.

Does Zach Lee count?

He actually enrolled before signing the baseball contract I believe.

Cant really think of any others.

Possibly Patrick Miller. He was high ranking (4*), but whether or not he deserved that ranking (with hindsight) is debatable.

He did go undrafted this year after leaving AU early. Signed with 49ers as UDFA.

Holy crap, he's already in the league? It feels like that whole debacle just happened like yesterday. Damn

Pretty sure Zach Lee was a 4 star, and a pretty high 4 star at that... He had just as much potential in football as he did in baseball.

Justin Hunter and Mike Davis each had better careers than James Wright and Kendron Boone.

Duke Williams is a big time player.

We'll see what happens with Matt Womack at Bama. I believe it was a grades/credits issue that sent Loadholt packing to Oklahoma.

Storm Johnson was a good player at UCF, but nothing better than what we had on the roster.

Gunner Kiel looks to be the biggest loss in a long time.

Yes, but hindsight is also 20/20.

Completely understandable why PW went to WVU. He wanted to be a QB and that was not the LSU offer with JR, MF, & RP.
