That was pretty damned funny. And he emphasizes LSU's "3 loss seasons", never mind the 10 wins each of those years. Yeah, he "really dug deep" for that report. arse clowns.

And for the record, LSU has 14 players from Texas (no seniors), aTm has 8 players from Lousiana (3 seniors).

Wasn't Mett the first back to back 2500 yard passer at LSU or something also?

Mind you this was after a very mediocre unproductive non exciting practically bland and abysmal year on offense in 2012

We are struggling to entice big time playmakers to come to LSU?

2014-Founette, D. Williams, Dupre, Quinn, Harris, Washington
2015-Guice, Brossette, Ducre, Jazz Ferguson, good shot at Tyron Johnson, possibly Strickland
2016-Franks, Dee Anderson, Sullivan, in strong running for Patterson, White, Mykel Jones, Drake Davis, to name a few.

Man, how will we land playmakers?

but but but... we didn't get Noil so all is lost!! /sarcasm

you know what, if you ignore the OP and just go by the title I agree. "Our play on the field is affecting recruiting".....
- set SEC offensive yardage records last year
- had that 2011 season that was pretty good
- have gotten more 5* in the last 2 years than the previous 6 (I think)
- have improved our avg recruiting ranking significantly over last couple years too

so yeah, I'd say LSU's play has affected the recruiting- POSITIVELY. And I mean that in both applications of the word.

I must say I agree our offense will have to show more to entice big time play makers to come to lsu. We need to show them we can get them the ball

Yeah, we certainly didn't get any big time offensive recruits last year or this year...

I am sure that putting the most players in the NFL year after year is harmful to recruiting.

I don't understand how anyone can come on here and say otherwise. This is the only thing that matters at the end of the day. Period. Move on and stop over analyzing things.

Some people are lucky I'm not an admin. Half the threads here would be deleted.

when you put as many underclassmen in the nfl as lsu does, it's retarded to believe anything that is negatively written in such articles.

All the skill players from last year are on NFL rosters - yeah, that's gonna turn off recruits. when your replacing that kind of talent it takes a little time.

Go see where Nick Marshall will be next year.
Do you really think Manziel will be a long term NFL player

In our first game of the season we had a WR avg 50yds a catch for 151 total yds! We had a RB gain over a 100 yds as well against a ranked team. Are people blind?

I see some disagreement by others with this.... but it is spot on
