most impressive is his closing speed, and His hands. Future DBU Int monster.

His speed is really surprising. He is exceptionally quick with a very long stride. He's definitely a safety, because it looks like he may have a bit of trouble with change of direction, but he is very impressive thus far

Is this kid still solid to us?

This highlight tape and measurables alone should give him a 4* bump. These highlights are legit though. I like the aggressiveness and the closing speed. He will be a good one.

I read a while back that he was still taking some visits to a few Florida schools. I hope he stays committed to us at the end of the day.

I was wondering the same thing. He has been really quiet and I haven't heard of him taking any visits. We need to make sure we keep him. He is going to be the biggest steal in this class. Kid has some serious ball skills. Very fluid and long.

That right there speaks volumes. Kid isn't going anywhere. He loves Raymond and knows how much the staff wants him. Looks like Raymond found a gem down in Florida

"LSU commit open to visits" Rivals Premium Article

I don't subscribe to Rivals but I remember someone posting this on the board a while back. I am not sure if he ever made any of these visits but he is open to it. I think his ink will dry with the Tigers tho!

he reminds me of that DB that was committed to us a year or two ago from Kentwood or Sumner. Can't remember his name but I think he was a grade casualty. Tall and lanky with good closing speed and pretty pyhsical.

Jeremy Cutrer. And now that you say that he does, faster but not as hard of a hitter as Cutrer

Jeremy Cutrer...although he looks a little more thick than Cutrer.

yea that's him, I agree. He's not quite as physical as cutrer was.

Cutrer is playing WR and barely doing anything at Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Definitely not as physical, but I think more quicker and athletic than Cutrer, which I will take with how the SEC is now

I wouldn't disagree either if they moved him to a 5* because that's what that film looks like, but I know a bump that big would be a little too much.

All I know is if this guy is the weakest part of our DB class, then I feel sorry for other teams

So Battle is a combination of Landry, Reid, and Loston. Are we sure there isn't a little Brandon Taylor sprinkled in as well?!
