Pretty sure coaches are limited to one in-home per recruit in a certain timeframe. Could be wrong, but I remember there being discussion in the past about when to spend the in-home visit and such.

Only allowed one visit per week, unless it happens to be the same week the head coach is making his one visit.

From a BOL interview with Charlot tonight:

quote:

Where do thing stand with Charlot's commitment to the Tide?

"I'm still solid with Alabama," he said.

After reading that article, he sounds decommitted. Said he thought he made the right decision when he committed to Bama. Well, this recruitment is gonna be dumb as hell. I'm not sure he's worth the time though. Telling our coaches he's decommitted one night, than telling others he's not? Just not worth the time.

Definitely seemed that way.

Said he was solid to Bama, then proceeded to list off reasons why he wants to go to LSU.

Whomever lands the last phone call on NSD may land Charlot

shite man, I bet it will be the last text or DM.

Kids do not understand the meaning of the word commitment. We need to come up with some new term for when a kid temporarily picks a school.

Quinn has played in almost every game. He had his number called twice in a row in the biggest game of the season and couldn't execute. Most true freshman are lucky if they see garbage time. Get the frick out with this bullshite.

Are you a "Quinn will never amount to anything!" guys? I hope not because you'd be pretty fricking stupid.

Look at the post right above mine instead of just putting words in my mouth. I think Quinn will be great, but to imply that he hasn't gotten shots this year is downright ignorant.

Eta: in fact I haven't heard anyone say Quinn won't be good.

You're not reading the rant then. According to some, he's the worst pickup at WR in a while. That's blatantly obvious, isn't it?

You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation

I don't understand why LSU would let this info. out before he actually told bama. sounds like bad administration.

The Drunken Tigah lived up to his name and is hitting the sauce a little too hard, he missed the point.

I thought your point was that Quinn played early and often (for a true freshman) because of his unwavering early commitment. It probably had more to do with him looking very good in practice. I like him. He had some drops late in the season, but so did OBJ as a freshman. And that's where I stand on Charlot's decommitment.
