The lack of a stud RB at LSU of all places I find disturbing - bc the one we got is wavering, correct?

they better get on it. I have faith we will land 2-3 guys next year but I'm not seeing the targets just yet. Instate is barren unless someone emerges, Texas isn't great but has a few mid tier guys, the MS kids are always dicey and we aren't really high up for any of the top national guys. We need to catch up quickly

Getting Etienne on board this year would take a lot of pressure off of getting a big time back being a necessesity in the 2018 class

Two to keep an eye on are Fabian Franklin and Kelan Walker. Both are studs and will likely be offered during the summer.

A little surprised we haven't offered Fabian Franklin yet. I agree he will receive an offer this summer when the coaches get him on campus & he will commit immediately.
CEH & Etienne both hopefully sign in Feb & Franklin commits this summer. That's at least 3 high quality RBs lined up that haven't played a down yet. Plus, a lot of people are still high on Brossette.

You're getting downvoted but you are correct - after Guice we have one of the weakest/most unproven RB stable we have had in a decade. Imperative we get a couple of studs the next 2 years. It's weird bc Louisiana typically grows these guys like weeds

I totally agree with you. We need a franchise rb in this class to replace Guice after next year. We always need a stud waiting his turn to carry the ball.
