I see why this can cause need to panic but why are we taking the RT word as golden. they are wrong all the time. Kids has come out adn said that he favors us adn we take the word of a RI.

I get it but i think we maybe overthinking this thing.

I agree.

Just like Janzen Jackson.

He was solid to LSU. Said so many times. Said so on signing day.

Nah. To his credit, he decomitted very early.

You shouldn't be mad at a kid for wanting to go somewhere else.

He didnt put LSU in a bind. He just doesn't want to come here. We will be fine. I'm sure the coaching staff isn't nearly as upset as some of the fans.

Some don't know the full story. He handled it well at first....or so we were led to believe, but lately it has taken a turn for the worse.

Well, Janzen was a commit to LSU until the 11th hour and then pulled out at the last minute. It's still December and Hill decommited, so he's not like Janzen in that regard. Now, if he is trying to play LSU with Auburn's approval, that won't end well for him. LSU does a pretty good job of not getting played.

I dont think we have to know the full story on this one. No matter what he is telling Les adn staff. he did it the right way and decommitted. Nuff Said. At this point if he is selling LSU that he will re commit. I can see where you are saying d bag move but he has the right to not shut any doors at this point. That same thought goes to LSU . Once you de committ that Schollie is open for business. Either start recruiting some other RBs to replace him or look at some much needed positions like LB.

No matter how you cut it. This is a business and Hill has done whats best for him . I accept that. I think you guys should do likewise and dont slander him based off of suspect insider information.

ETA: BTW I dont blame Hill for playing the game. Coaches lie all the time about there intentions to stay nad take care of the kids. Look at Kiffin last year. Or Meyers this year.

If he is really considering elsewhere because of playing time I would have thought it wouldn't have been Bama.

Hey J Hill....I challenge you! Prove everyone wrong and come prove you are THE man and are better than Hilliard! Be a man....don't run off and find a soft spot so you can play early!

Face diversity and challenges head on and rise to the top at the school you love from your home state with your family able to be at every game watching you, after you beat out the so-called "best" back in Louisiana (and nation in many peoples mind).

Injuries, transfers, grade problems, position changes.....they all happen often at this level. Dont run because we are loaded, grasp the opportunity and realize ALL great schools play multiple backs to be successful.

YOU ARE NOT taking dyer's place or Richardson's and being the only back at either place.

You will get a chance to prove yourself worthy, ask Ford, Blue, Ware etc and at that piont if you are ready to be one of the elite, YOU WILL PLAY!..

now since you read all the boards, read this, MEN come to LSU and challenege the best, cowards go out of state where they KNOW they can get early time. THink about that for just a minute and you will realize why they ran!

this is not a very good challenge its passionate and truthful but thsi alone is why he is leaving. We have too many other good backs. That have proven themsleves that they can play. (not saying that Bama and AU dont, but just speaking for LSU)

Disagree with this as well. We can go through the last 10 years while LSU was good and i can show you recruits that didnt run. Plus what does that say about Kids from other states like Florida and GA. Did Shepard run becuase he was scared of the UT players. or Ryan Baker ran becuase he was afraid of the Floridas LB Corp. Be serious man. and quit having a melt down.

So why consider AU and Bama? I promise you they have as highly rated rb's on their roster. So IF that is why he is leaving, NO DOUBT he should stay put.

Maybe they didn't like the coach or were disrespected by the school in some way. This is NOT the case with Hill and I am speaking as to you saying "this alone" ! (ANd honestly, TX and FLA had the best lb corps in the nation at those times) So maybe......

But IF you leave a school because "this alone" you are afraid you can't cut it, then you don't have what it takes at other big time programs as well.
