Oh, you were being serious. In that case:

NO GPA requirement at Tulane for football players?

He interviewed, but I don't know about finalist...maybe. Apparently, he was offered the OC spot.

I'm still happy they didn't hire Frank.
I feel like Johnson will have a lot of success in LA (especially NOLA. But the only chance he has of taking someone from us is offering an extremely early scholly to someone near the bottom of our board. They might decide to stick with the coach that took a chance on them early rather than come here when we offer late.
I hope he does good things at Tulane. We could use an excuse to start playing them again.

Reminds me of Jerry Baldwin when he was hired at USL. He said that he was there to compete for national championships!
We all know how that worked out.

Johnson is the guy who brought Marshall Faulk to San Diego St.

Your leaving out some very important facts.
San Diego State was the only school that would allow to Faulk to play Running Back. Everyone else wanted him as a DB. Including that idiot Curley Hallman ( frick you Brett Farve )

I doubt he takes anything from LSU but he'll keep other schools out better than you think.

LSU can only take so many. There are many Loisiana players in the NFL that played in schools other than LSU. With a good eye and a lot of luck, he could do well.

Landon...Please don't do it...Not Tulane.
Curtis is coming get you.
Curtis is coming get you.

He may be able to recruit, but what everyone is forgetting is that the guy hasn't even been a coordinator.

He'll go down in flames as a shitty head coach like most ace recruiters

He might be able to potentially sway kids away from LSU but he will never be able to get them away from LSU and to Tulane. That is a ridiculous notion.
