To be fair, you've come with more actual substance than most of the people Prom and I were describing.

Lol I knew when I posted that I was gonna get bashed for the amount of posts i put up.. It doesnt matter to me if the kid goes to bama or LSU, if he chooses bama then LSU will find someone to replace him.. to my 13 or so posts and to the rest of the more credible folks here..

This makes sense now. Saban makes Robinson transfer to an LSU hotbed knowing he has him in the bag, so he can twist the knife that is known as the... da da daaaa: CATASTROPHE SYNDROME!!!
The guy IS an evil genius!

Or, it's 50/50 good guys/bad guys.

Yea, I hear ya, I read everyone's info on RB and know which posters to listen to. I had debated on saying anything since iI talked to him because everyone gets blasted for it. But figured since others were giving opinions, i'd just relay what he had said.
FWIW: Clark Sr was really negative on Miles, so when he was suggesting he felt Cam would go to Bama it could have been more from his own personal opinion on him. And there was no convincing him of anything positive about Miles, trust me.

I hope we get him, just based on the fact that he looks like he's a stud. But, if we don't, and family sways him, I think Miles has more than proven he'll find another stud. '14 wont exactly produce a shortage of talent at any position from what I read.

I thought the Robinson's family was originally from Bama.

Not sure about that. I just knew he had a connection through the Clark family.
And he may have told me if they had or not, but its been a few months since I talked to him last, so I dont remember that part. I just recall his opinions of Miles.....and how much he liked Trooper and Saban, but said that Saban was most impressive to him.

Pfft, everyone knows Prom is past his prime. That old, delirious shite just comes in here, waives his cain, mumbles some anti Saban/Bama comment, shits his pants, and leaves. What a has-been.

Robinson's Dad is Steve Foley, formerly of the San Diego Chargers. He played at NLU and wa born in Little Rock, AR. His mom is from WM to the best of my knowledge.

It's going to be a battle. The ones saying he's going here or there really don't know. I can't call it either way and neither would surprise me. Shows will not influence his decision one way or the other. Cam will do what is best for himself.

I think this battle is just as important as LF. We'd better not be out worked with Cam. With the new rules, Bama will be sending him literature non stop, along with text messages between each class.

Link,

You just described every day at my house between signing day and fall kickoff. My wife loves this time of year.

It's a battle of the titans as two former recruiters of the year go head to head. Frank Wilson vs Bama's guy that just won the honor.

Everytime someone mentions Steve Foley, I think of Mick Foley instead. Which I guess is better than thinking of Matt Foley.

I wish that was the truth. If cam goes to bama it's gone be like oh well. We can easily find Olineman and we had a stout Oline class last year. If LF goes to bama it's really gone be the end of the world and we will have complete meltdown on this board starting with me. If we don't get LF me and Les might committ suicide.

I really hope LSUs lack of putting OL into the NFL isn't gonna come back and hurt us with Cam Robinson. We have been terrible at getting OL drafted since Miles got here, espescially compared to bama. I have to think that will weigh heavily on Cam and his dad when he makes his decision.

Running back is by far the easiest position to fill, especially in Louisiana. I want LF as much as the next guy, but a RB choosing to go elsewhere will never deter a program like LSU.

It's more the numbers that Bama puts into the NFL rather than the lack that LSU puts forth.

Miles has signed one kid that was drafted to play OL in the NFL since he's been here. Barksdale.
