Well, he has a point….

No use clinging to the "he'll end up at LSU, he's just trolling line" solely because he's from here, when he flat out says we are 4th.

Either you guys are trolling, or you dumb fricks are seriously lacking in the reading comprehension department.

Whatever it is, the meltdown in here is laughable

Clemson leading is a rival's article, I think.

I love that you think you know how recruiting works based on one day.

Nissan, guess because you only have 140 characters to work with But more than likely, Jimmy asked him if that was in any order after reading it, and he replied there was no particular order to the 10 he named today.

No, apparently he sent them a message about his top 10

Texas A&M, Texas Tech, LSU, Clemson, Georgia, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Florida, and Tennessee," Johnson said.

The list is not in any certain order, but Johnson does have a school at the top of his list right now.

"Clemson," Johnson said. "Clemson puts a lot of receivers in the league. Sammy Watkins is just one of them. They have a great offense to get playmakers the ball in open space."

From Tyron himself.

Personally, I'd be fine if left. Don't want to scare off any of the 2016 wideouts.

When did I say he wasn't gonna leave the state? Speedy and gerald were silent their whole process, tyron has named 3 different leaders already neither one of them lsu so their is obviously a good chance he leaves the state

You have your speedy example. I'll take my Rueben Randles and Rascos, I'm good.

Also, 2 is apparently a lot. Does Hopkins even play that much for Houston?

I can only think of 2 right now along with a couple of RBs.

I bet the kid is laughing at our fans for being so sensitive about his comments. We just put 2 great WRs in the NFL, and Tyron tweets Odell Beckham all the time. Relax people, either way he will do what he want.

I actually take from this as Tyron enjoying the process and really considering each school on his list. If he's constantly changing his favorites, that's fine. Recruits can do that, but that doesn't mean LSU is out of the picture.

I also don't think he meant LSU was fourth when he said that. He said were "warmer".

WRs drafted in last 10 years:
LSU - 11
Clemson - 6

WRs drafted in last 5 years:
LSU - 5
Clemson - 4

I fail to see how the number of WRs put into the NFL is a valid argument for Clemson. He seems like he doesn't want to be at LSU for his college career. It happens. We have two outstanding true freshman WRs on campus atm, so I don't blame him for looking at other options. I think he is still a good enough talent to get significant playing time early, but in the end, if he doesn't want to be at LSU, then he shouldn't come to LSU.

You make some good points, but let's hope this isn't the case and Tyron picks LSU anyway.

Maybe the question should be, is about competing for a championship or wanting to be the BMOC? I hope he stays home, but we know LF will be the BMOC until he departs. LSU always produce NFL WRs, despite the national claim of being a run first team. Plus, where else can you hone your skills better than competing everyday against DBU? He is not going to Clemson or Tx Tech. LSU will be his home. Cam Cameron will be the key in landing T. Bill IMO.

After 5 for 5 I have learned to enjoy recruiting but put zero stock into what a 17 year old says. Just let it at play out and those who bleed purple and gold will be a part of this class. Those who don't you're tiger bait!
