He'll continue the tradition. Think Winston would give that style a shot?

Pike is as much of a lock at this point as we have.

He loves the family feel and the staff.

What about the qb from Hammond? He looks pretty good from the games I have seen, I posted a youtube video awhile back. He is 6-4 and has good size, sorry to tout the hometown guy.

Austin Miller- Hammond High

Mandeville QB had 220 yds and 2 td passes in only one half of work in their scrimmage against Shaw last week.

Hello Tiger fans and other SEC fans, I come to you from Massachusetts to talk about a superstar QB we have in Billerica, MA (Nick LaSpada). Right now he is a projected top 5 QB recruit for 2012 and IMO, will be a top 1-2 QB recruit after this season (his junior year).

6'3", 190lbs. Extra-ordinary athletism, high-end elite speed, a tackle-breaker, a game-changer all wrapped up into the body of an elite QB who can make all the throws, a lazer arm, a game-changer, a true play maker. Believe me, he is being looked at now by Florida, FSU, Oregon as well as Penn State and things are just beginning as he enters his junior season.

Tiger fans, SEC fans, get on this kid early. He won the Massachusetts Gatoraid Player of Year award last year (only sophomore in history). He can do it all, the best to come out of MA that I can ever remember.

An ESPN Boston blog as of 3 days ago:

ESPNBoston Nick LaSpada

Who wouldn't be tired of the cold, he would have the Tigers back in "The Show" in no time. He is already an ESPNU projected 150 for 2012.

Look, for any recuits who may scan this board, coaches up here call him "A man amoung boys on the football field", "Ahead of his time". He is a cornerstone you would want running your offense. He's that rare, rare type of athlete who's greatness makes everyone around him better. Keep your tabs on him, he opens up at Burlington on 9/12.

I mentioned this kid last year when he was a soph and he impressed me. I didn't make the game last night but here's his player page and a short recap from the game. The article says zeb but its actually zed.

Sign that guy up. When your QB has enough speed to be your kick returner, I certainly like that. Great arm too

The top Mississippi c/o 2012 QB Anthony Alford has LSU on his short list from what I have heard. He is a two sport star and could be a high draft pick in the 2012 MLB draft. He has stated that he would love to play both baseball and football in college. He is an outfielder in baseball, and is about 6'1" 205 he has been compared to Va Tech QB Tyrod Taylor.
