Having been through a monsoon season in Korea, I'm making a comparison between the types of storms.

I guess they don't teach simple comparitive analysis or reading comprehension at LSU.

Unlike a Hurricane in the US, there's no where to flee in Korea. You can only go so far north before you run into a mile long minefield.
