Working out while on antibiotics. Yay or nay?

So I apparently have a root that's dying in one of my molars and they've put me on an antibiotic (Clindamycin, ugh) with referral for a root canal.
My question is should I just take it easy while I'm taking the antibiotic? I've read a few schools of thought that you should halt working out all together but some that say light workout is ok. Just curious if anyone has had any experience with this?
I'm talking to my general doc in the morning and picking up some probiotics to try to prevent antibiotic induced stomach issues.
TIA.

Certain classes of antibiotics can lead to tendon issues. Have you asked your doctor?

Just heard about this recently. This guy was on an antibiotic and tore both of his Achilles tendons.

I'm talking to him in the morning. I was just curious if anyone has had a similar experience.
This one is apparently not one that can cause tendon issues (that's the cipro-esque family). But I'm getting clarification from my doc on some potential arrhythmia issues. That would definitely be a no-no for working out.

well what's your typical exercise regiment?

30-40 minutes of high intensity cardio work. Sometimes low-impact. Light lifting on off days.

Your time is fine I'd say reduce your intensity

Do you have Afib? I have for years and my cardiac electro-physiologist has no problems with my working out at all. I've had both cardioversion and an ablation.
I'm on Metropolol and Xarelto......well under control
Good luck
