What are your rest days and what do you do on them?

I'm trying to decide how best to break up my week.
Do a pretty basic split of
Chest
Legs
Arms
Shoulders
Back
with cardio most days
Trying to figure out if it's best to mix in rest days of cardio abs only and not do cardio on lifting days
or
Rest days of nothing at all on the weekend

Wednesdays- HIIT Cardio only
Saturdays- Recovery run/Bike and/or Hot Yoga

Usually Saturday and I basically just eat and drink like shite

I lift 3 to 4 days a week depending on the program. On rest days I do lift conditioning I.e airdyne, weighted vest walks etc and I do abs and calves. On lift days I might do some Harder conditioning but just depends on what kind of phase I am with programming.

I use to do nothing at all on my rest days. I'm going to start doing active rest training when I get back on a regular diet.

Tuesdays. Play for 3 kickball games. It is a lot of running
