Starting back lifting, and usually have had excellent results the first couple of months due to muscle memory. I need to drop 10-15 pounds. Should I eat normally for now and cut later? Should I diet more strictly over the next several months? Any other suggestions?

Diet now, putting on muscle is more efficient when lean.

Add more protein and vegetables if anything. 10-15 lbs will drop easily if you continue to lift and keep your diet clean.

No doubt, the extra activity will prolly take most of it off especially if he ups his protein big time.

Eat clean, but eat enough to fuel the machine. Once you've built, then you cut.

You ever decide what you were going to do? I'm currently eating at my maintenance before I was lifting and will adjust from there for fat loss. Eating more on lifting days naturally since I'm hungry those days.

I started back about a month or so ago. Haven't gained or lost any weight. Strength and endurance has gone through the roof though. First day back I thought 135 on squats was going to break my back, probably a bit of form and not having a belt contributing here, but I was definitely weak. Hit 275X7 monday and pulled 315x8 yesterday with a Spud Deadlift belt. I'm using about 70% of those numbers following Greyskulls for my normal workouts.

I'm thinking of cutting calories soon as fat loss is actually my priority for the moment.
