I tend to sip on BCAA's throughout the day at work. Cheap enough off of amazon.

Pre with beta and creatine and cm. I don't like pre workouts with stims since I workout at night

Sip bcaa during

Post is pepto pro and whey iso

Then post workout meal

If I am trying to gain muscle I use intra carbs also and post workout carbs.

But honestly I don't put that much emphasis on any of this. Mainly worry about getting my largest meal in post and hitting protein for the day.

Which non stim pre's have you tried and had success with? I've had to switch to this lately as my work schedule is f'ed up and I'm stuck working out after work a few hrs before bed.

And preferences on intra & postworkout carbs? I'm about a month away from getting to the point where I need to put some muscle back on after a recent cut.

Hemavol as the pump product and creatine preworkout, purple wrath as intra.

Like I said none of that is needed just makes me feel good.

As far as intra carbs and post carbs

Intra I like peptopro mixed with true nutrition karboload
Post I like pepto pro, isolate mixed with true nutritions post workout formula and sweet potato powder

Oh yea what would that be? There is literally not one science claim nor a recommendation in the whole thread. Simply people posting what thy do.

Every product that has been listed has studies and have been pretty prove. To help. Are they needed? Absolutely not. Same with intra and post workout nutrition. Can it help, yes it absolutely does but consistency is much more important. And this was stated a couple of times

And befor you post something about the post work window being a myth, you are right but protein synthesis is greatest then and proven, also proven that there is a nutrition partitioning effect in the form of loading glycogen stores.

Really would love to see which bro science has been posted.
