Heart palpitations...

Happens periodically. Is this normal or is my body trying to tell me something? Freaks me out when it happens but it passes and I go on with my life. Should I get to a doctor?

Of course you should go to the doctor. It's your heart, it's by far the most important muscle

How much do you drink?
Mine quit when I cut out the booze.

Mine does. I have thyroid issues, and my heart flutters when it is acting up.

How many stimulants do you ingest?

"Hey, I may be having a heart attack. Let me see what the OT part 2 thinks"

I started having random heart palpitations when I was 14 and the doctors could never catch it on a heart monitor. I was finally diagnosed with AFib when I was 25. You should definitely see a doctor.

Anything to do with your heart see a doctor
I actually developed PVCs due to anxiety, it would get significantly worse when I was anxious or my heart was beating rapidly. Went to 3 different cardiologists and they all gave me the clear
It could be something but more likely then not it is just a nuisance. One that the more you think about and dwell on it the worse it gets.

yea mine was happening back when I used to drink alot and I would get crazy red after like 1 or 2 drinks sometimes. Went and saw a specialist and ended up I am slightly allergic to alcohol.
Now I have cut back to maybe 1 or 2 drinks a month usually in the form of wine and every once in a while when I decide to have a whisky or something or am on vacation I dont have the problems anymore. Doc said I was drinking to often was the main problem.

I get these also, it may be because of the large amounts of supplements and pre-workout I take, I need to go to a doc but I keep putting it off.
