Interesting, but holy hell, too much info to digest in one sitting.

It is a lot of info, but worth the read when you get time.

thats just because you know deep down you aren't an intermediate and advanced lifter. You should prolly stick to the routines in gays mens health.

I want to begin a new workout and this looks intriguing. Is there anyway to condense the actual lifts into a clear concise post for the sake of simplicity? Then if we need to go back and read all the FAQs and stuff.

No problem. I re-read the entire thread and think I have it mostly under control. I'm on day two and just kinda feeling it out. But man, I am more sore than I thought I would be after two days and I am in pretty good shape muscle wise. Looking forward to doing something different. Bought a new composition book and everything to write all data into.

if you want to work into the program do this week with one set per exercise, next week go to two per and then third week as prescribed. This will let you work up to the frequency that you arent used to.

I'm actually doing pretty good with the 3 sets per exercise although I don't know that I'm hitting the right %RM. I am starting with weight that I'm pretty sure I can hit the right amount of reps. Last night I couldn't complete the last set of incline so my sets looked like this: 8-8-5-3 (reps). According to the FAQs this was ok.

So I'm on week 2 of this regimen and feel like I am getting a little stronger and looking more lean. Liking everything so far except the front squats, those are freaking brutal. But enjoying it so far. Haven't decided if I'm going to do 3 or 4 weeks then deload.
