Damn, that's terrible. I hope it doesn't turn out being anabolic related.

Doesn't seem to be. Looks like he just choked on his food.

It's the 4th leading cause of accidental death I believe.

Take it slow and chew well, gentlemen.

Thought it might have been heart related whenever I first saw the news. He said before he's had respiratory issues.

well no shite sherlock. He is one of the top suepr heavy weight bbers in the world and is over 300 lbs, of course he is.

He also was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet and went out of his way to help people. Pretty much the opposite of Rich piana.

Really sad to hear this. RIP Brother.

Not to mention he was probably eating every 2 hours 24 hours a day, so he was doing a TON of chewing.

That sucks. I seriously think of stuff like that when i grill a huge meal when my wifes out of town.

No way this is just food/choking related. He collapsed at his last show...he was 26 and looked over 40. The dude was massive...probably screwed up his insulin and passed out and then choked on his food.

I could see that for sure. I honestly can't believe that it's come to using insulin to compete in bodybuilding where the mistakes are so costly and fricking up is brutally razor thin. And for what? To win a contest? The prize money ain't shite when it's your life that you are risking. I could maybe understand back in the day when the guys were all on massive cycles of gear but it's so far past that now. It's borderline madness.

Highly doubt he would screw up his insulin. News flash, they've been using insulin in bodybuilding since the early '90s. Sad thing is, some diuretic protocols are way more dangerous.

So ur saying that someone who has the reasoning ability to take 5-8 anabolics at 10x (or more) the therapeutic dose, growth hormone, insulin, diuretics, etc and consider that safe and/ or acceptable to not possibly screw up his dose of insulin just once? Ok.

Small chance. He probably had the same problem he had before at the Arnold in Australia, was chewing food and there you have it.

insulin is not that hard to figure out from what I have read but just has extreme consequences if you screw up and your body can react different each time. I have read the 911 transcript and I think it had something to do with insulin because if you take too much it can restrict the passage ways. Prolly what happened.
