Made my own. 250mg Caffeine, 6g citrulline malate, and creatine.
Id do BCAAs if i trained fasted but i dont.
I dont see the point in beta alanine aside from itching all over. I also dont trust the science right now.
Gatorade powder for taste.
Most everything else is pixie dust.
Cost is less than 50 cents per serving.

Thinking about stopping pre-workout or getting one without stimulants.
I've been taking stimul8. At first it was amazing. Now I barely feel the effects in the gym and my sleep is fricking terrible on nights that I take it.
Sucks.

I quit using them years ago.. I now use a cup of coffee and then I juice two large pieces of ginger and 8 celery stalks add 2 TB of ground flax and slam it. then 7-14 grams BCAAs with added Taurine. Your heart will thank you.

Yea, hi tech had to recall and destroy all stock that contained it to get the ceo out on bail, terms from the judge and the prosecutor even though hitech beat the fda a month ago on it lol. Government is the real mobsters, don’t frick with them, they always win.
