Anybody take alpha brain by onnit?

I've been listening to a lot of Joe Rogan podcasts lately and he endorses the shite outta these pills/supplements. Anybody have any experience with them? If not, what type of supplements do you recommend?

I would rather take Modafinil preworkout as a great way to focus. It is also a great appetite supressant. All these guys doing PSMF should use it or Bronkaid in order to supress appetite.

I like traditional ephedra caffeine stack to surprise hunger using bronkaid as the ephedra.

I bought a 45 day supply and will be giving it a shot. Today is day 1 and I potentially feel a minor difference, but could also easily be placebo. Either way, small investment so we will see.
One thing to keep in mind is that Rogan owns a large equity percentage of Onnit, so it's not an unbiased recommendation.
