Anybody do this with good results? I am trying to get it but it lags too much. FWIW I have 100Mbps down and 10Mbps up. Usually it runs 120 down and 12 up. I have a Nighthawk and Arris SB6141. Xbox is direct connected. Any tips to get it to run good?

*Update* on second page

How far away is the device you are streaming too? I stream to my Surface all the time with very minimal lag, but it is a 1 bedroom apartment.

I would assume (if this is anything like steams streaming service) this is more CPU heavy on the receiving PC

Yeah, this streaming thing has great benefits for my relationship with my girlfriend if it streams well.

I play Halo, Destiny and my son plays Minecraft. It works flawlessly... no lag whatsoever. F'n amazing IMO.

Nighthawk with Xbox hard wired, BTW.

Yes!

thats your problem. FPS is going to lag too much (input lag). If you wanted to play something like metal gear 5, lag wouldnt be a problem.

yea i can play it just fine too, but the input lag is terrible. using gaming/pc mode on a tv is still better.

your router is more important for pushing it to your computer than your download/up speed. you should click the signal button in the upper right corner of the screen when streaming to see what your speed is.

are you plugging the Ethernet directly into your computer or using an adapter to plug through usb?
