Temporarily removed the flash bang from the game as it was causing game clients to freeze/crash

Because no one wants to be ballsy. Sure stay on the rim of the circle but you will get fricked once it gets smaller and there is cover in the middle.

I'm always for pushing buildings in the center of the smaller circles because 10/10 that is where we always get fricked from.
