Man I love all-nighters. But you are 100% right, once you get to a certain point in life and have to maintain good sleep patterns those get shorter and shorter.

I bought Xenoverse 2 yesterday. Missed that one because it was released while I was rebuilding my house.

How do you like it? Its a mixed bag for me. I like the MMO part a little but fighting is not that fun IMO.

I also started using the beta Steam Link app on my Samsung TV this wee

Wait so Valve has a Steam App for streaming games? That is awesome. It doesn't take much processing power to decode, its encoding that takes some horses.

I am a little concern about this though since they already have a hard time syncing up audio and latency issues on a box they have full control over.

Sit closer than I do? You saw my desk and chair arrangement if you remember it any.

I thought it would be too big, but I really enjoy it now.

Heard GiantBombcast talk about this game but know nothing about it.

I'll send you some cards.

I thought 27 inch would be too big, but I think it's my sweet spot based on distance from the screen, I occasionally find myself search around the screen but nothing major, no way I want to go any bigger.

I enjoy them too actually. I enjoy the peacefulness and lack of distractions, and the sense of accomplishment when it's over, plus being able to go to sleep in the morning while everyone else works. I used to love doing it particularly for my old company, because the effort meant something. But the older I get, the longer it takes to recover, and the long hours were getting too frequent with no overtime pay. The culture and morale changed a great deal over the 9 years I worked there, especially after my original boss left in 2016.

Same as Xenoverse 1, seems to be an exact copy of it with new characters from Super. And I figure, same as the first game, I'll get my $20 worth of fun and be done with it.

It's a fairly new app, only available on Samsung smart TVs as far as I know, and I'm not sure if all of them have it/perform the same. As I said, it seems to work really well once setup, but I haven't tested more than a couple of games (Witcher 3 and Xenoverse). The app supposedly only supports steam controllers at the moment, but I have had no issues with my wireless Xbox 360 controller.

Yes. This is why 2-3am is my favorite time of the night. Everything settles down and I can truly relax.

XV2 is my first experience with the series. Its okay, playable and fun but won't keep me sucked in.

You hardwired your house post flood right? That is the only MUST I found with the Steam Link.

Really cool they are pushing this on Smart TVs.

Steam name should be Mear, I am in the TD Group.

I'm also in the TD Discord if you are in there.

I did hardwire, but the TV is currently on wireless. It's still working surprisingly well. Maybe because it's close to the router and on 802.11ac. Wouldn't necessarily trust it on something requiring close to zero latency like a FPS.

Wish I wouldn't have sold my last 980 Ti. Really hurting for a decent card for this spare build. I'm pulling the trigger on my apartment Ryzen 3 iTX build.

If anyone is looking to offload a mid-range to upper mid-range GPU please let me know.
