As I played Borderlands last night I started to wonder, "What was the last game to have Physx?" Is it dead now?

Definitely uninstall Classic Shell if upgrading.

Good to know. I'm still waiting for Microsoft to decide I'm allowed to install Windows 10, though.

Yeah, just found instructions for forcing the download. Windows update is downloading it now, but it's called it Windows 10 Insider Preview. Weird.

I'm doing this without cloning my existing drive. Hope it doesn't frick up.

That doesn't sound the same as what I used, just this media creation tool. It was simple.

Yeah I used the tool to force it as well and it went very smooth and finished in 10 minutes.

Going great, love W10.

I'm on Windows 10 now. Minor hiccup. I had the Intel Graphics driver installed because I used to occasionally connect my TV to HDMI for a third display. The Windows 10 upgrade detected Intel Graphics first, leaving me with black screens until I decided to connect a monitor to my mobo. Had to reconfigure all that shite, but it's all good now.

Anyone know what software to use to rip a DVD copy, not talking home pictures and movies?

G.SKILL has announced two new ranges of DDR4 memory. Headlining today's announcement is the Trident Z Extreme DDR4 memory which is a 4000MHz memory kit aimed, designed and tested for use with the next generation Intel Skylake-S platform.

This is the debut of the Trident series in the DDR4 memory market. Interestingly G.SKILL says that Trident Z Extreme DDR4 is designed and tested to bring the best out of the yet-to-be-launched next generation Intel Skylake-S processors. We are told that G.SKILL has selected and hand-screened the "highest-end Samsung IC memory chips".

Buyers can achieve memory clocks ranging from 2133MHz to a staggering 3733MHz at ultra-low voltages. G.SKILL makes it easy to overclock the modules via Intel XMP 2.0 profiles. Again these modules are created from specially selected Samsung IC memory chips.

It's really difficult to root for AMD when they continue to spend money on Huddy's whiny anti-gameworks crusade. AMD Dubs Nvidia’s GameWorks Tragic And Damaging, Fight Over The Developer Program Continues

So did anyone change their setup around Win10 at all? I didn't change much at all.

AMD is a great example of a company that is too worried about the competition and not about themselves.

Yep, completely eliminated all desktop icons/stardock fences and just have various high-res backgrounds of nature photos in hourly rotation. I use start menu and Hey Cortana to access programs now. Now I just need to figure out some other worthwhile use of the desktop space.

Did you get Cortana to work launching steam games? Or non steam for that matter? I've never tried with say League of Legends but I assume it would work.
