What chipset are you in now? Why Skylake?

If I've had an Ivy I'll stick with that still.

I am curious about this as well. I plan on getting one. I would like a Fury X but I would have to get rid of my ITX setup and I am not doing that.

I thought so, not much though. Sort of like the TX to the 980 Ti.

What happened to interactive rain? This was propeblly removed by the team of 12 that did the port (not NVIDIA Fault). Well it doesn’t matter no longer as Warner Bro as they have a official statement telling us to disable most of gameworks. On the community forum that they are aware of the issue and are currently fixing it but in the mean time they also need support from the gamers who are addressing these issues.
WBGames has mentioned the minimum and recommend settings of the game for smooth experience. If your PC matches the minimum hardware specs then you need to change the game settings to these:

If it's in that bad of shape, I'll be surprised if it gets completely fixed.

My PSU should be able to rock the fury I hope?

It's done fine on my current setup with a 290.

It's plays fine, but the game looks bad. The textures are crappy, first thing I noticed.

Yep, seems like it. Just glanced at a Tom's Hardware power consumption test for the Fury X and it appears to cap out at 450W (full system) under synthetic stress testing.

Think I am going to get this while I wait on a good 4K deal. I should have gone 1440p a while back but I took like the past year off from playing games because I have been so busy.

I'd like to get the Asus PB278Q but I am not sure the extra $160 is worth it when 4K might drop in price soon. I feel like it would be a waste for a short period of use.

Opinions?

So you have a 290 and you're not currently playing 1440? I was wondering if I would be able to get 1440 out of mine.

Yeah, 290 is a good card for 1440p. You're not going to max out settings for the latest graphical masterpieces or anything, but still worth it.

Yea I had planned to get 1440 a while back but I got so damn busy I didn't have time to play anything. I am now working from home full time and trying to get back to playing more. I am going to get a Fury or 390x so I might as well at least go 1440p until a decent deal on 4K comes along. Otherwise I am wasting my set up even with the 290 in it.

Is that monitor a piece, LSU?

Seems like a good price but wondering if I am better off with the Qnix for the same price.
