hit fast enemies in the feet to cripple them, but this is only necessary at higher difficulties. Deathclaws are a good example

Also in instances where the head shot is low percentage, sometimes the weapon arm shot can be of value. And if they have a heavy weapon.

I shoot at the head 99% of the time.

But you can target the weapon, and if the shot is successful they will drop the weapon. Useful if they have a rocket launcher or a mini gun or something.

If you shoot the legs it will slow them down.

Just letting everyone know, Corndogcolognes fallout fandom card has been revoked pending further review. When informed that new fallout information was released, instead of immediately consuming said information - he put it off until tomorrow. No true fallout fan would do such.
