what happens when you die?

s it the rift with level 8 monsters?
Nope. If you stick with just the Hinterland quests, you can take out that rift at some point.
The Falls rift is level 12 and will kick your arse no matter what.
Just a tip. The Southwest area is the hardest part of the Hinterlands so head there last.

Guess I should have said that the SW area is the hardest area other than the Falls rift and Mr. Dragon.

If you 100% Hinterlands before moving on to other zones, you will be out front of all the zones to level. There is a landmark you won't get until about level 13 or 14 behind the dragon but you can do several things around that area at about level 9 or 10. Collect all the shards, you will need them in a temple to unlock doors.
Fallow Mire and Storm Coast are equally leveled or so, once you hit about 8 to 10 you could probably do either and drop back and kill the dragon.

You playing on normal or hard Carson? If it's normal you won't be OP persay, but you probably won't be challenged that much except by the dragons a bit. Hard is more balanced.

I killed the Hinterlands dragon on my 2nd playthrough las night, and the skull spawned up on top of a ledge that I can't reach. No sweet dragon loot.

Anyone have a link to a list of the war table missions string that unlocks after Iron Bull's personal quest? I found one a few weeks ago but I can't seem to find it again. It starts with "Failed Assassination Attempt Inquiry". Supposedly, you get one the best staves after completing them but I must have done something wrong because they stopped showing up for me.

Tell me if I am missing something, but I really wish there was a war table mission tracker. I have unlocked quite a lot of missions, but it is hard keeping track of 20-30 active war table mission at a time and what they are for.

Yeah it's overwhelming. I'm at the point where I just click shite and don't even read most of them. The one that I made a point to follow disappeared.
Also, I'm not sure if it's common knowledge but there is a glitch involving war table missions. By backing out to the dashboard and going into "settings-date and time", then manually moving the date up a day will advance all active missions instantly.

Nice! Some of the late game missions took a tremendous amount of time even though I have most of the agents.

Myth, what is your main character on your nightmare run?
Sorry if you've already stated earlier in the thread.

I hate Solas. I personally like the banter between Sera, Viv and Cass.

As I've said before, Solas is the douchiest of douches in a universe filled with self-righteous douchebags.
