Late to this convo, but I absolutely think there should be a time limit that the invader can be in your world. Once the time limit is up, they are returned to their own world. I wouldn't even say that the beckoner should receive echoes, because then it could just turn in to them running around and waiting for the clock to run out.
Bottomline, I'm fine with invaders coming in to my world during PVE, but they shouldn't be allowed to hide behind mobs for 5-10 minutes with no repercussions.

Start using twin blood stones on axe or save up for ludwig sword and use it on that?

I did all the Pthumerians up to defiled, did the hunter tombs, then the Lorans. Gonna go to upper cathedral ward and slay ebrietas, knock out Isz, then do defiled and the other Pthumerians

You will have plenty of twin blood shards for both. Get your axe to +6 and Save blood chunks for Ludwigs.

I used Ludwig's exclusively on my first playthrough with a quality build. Strength, skill and arcane were all pretty equal. On my current playthrough I'm using the Threaded Cane and Chikage on a Skill/Bloodtinge build.

My main character has every stat at 20+ with strength skill and vitality all about 33

I'd like to to an Arcane build, but you don't get good arcane blood gems until late game. It's almost like they don't want you to use it.
They should have gone full-on magic and pyro in this game. It bugs me that enemies can use pyro but you can't. It would definetly add some replayability and much needed variety. Instead we get a few novelty spells.

Lower Loran Abhorrent Beast down on 1st try. I've got a strategy that trivializes that fight. Just have to be patient

I'm starting to realize that I'm not putting enough points into Vitality. I'm lvl ~70 with only 22 vit.
I gave up trying to help others through Unseen Village, so I moved to Cainhurst. Got to the boss pretty easily, but I only had 6 blood vials and died with him around half health. Will have to farm a bit before going to him again.
I also have 2/3rds of the Umbilical cord. Just stash them till the end?

Yeah get the third and stash them then consume them before you choose the second choice with the boss at the end. If you don't want to play through three times for all the endings then save your save file before the decision at the end and before you consume the cords and just reload it after you get each ending.

I'm pretty sure I went my first playthrough with 25 vit. I know for a fact it wasn't above 30. I think it might be a waste bc I've seen youtube vids of guys with health meters spanning half the screen and still get 2 hit. I could be way wrong about this though.
