i got to the defiled chalice and need some materials so i went back and realized i missed the hintertomb chalice altogether. one shotted every enemy in there
got to BSB at the end, hit it with a charge attack, a charge attack, it got angry, another charge attack, it got angrier and did a jump attack, i fired and visceral'd for the win. took about 15 seconds

Defiled and Ihyll dungeons suck, but the Pthumerian Queen is a great boss, should have been in the main game.

im about to beat lower hinter. need to find some bastards of loran so i can give Defiled a shot.
im kinda getting tired of the chalice dungeons. i doubt ill do them on subsequent playthroughs. they do have some good bosses that I wish were in the main game. kinda makes me think that they just threw all the bosses that didnt make the final cut.

I've done a couple after the achievement and farmed some glyphs for blood gems, but I'm done with them. I don't like that a couple of my other characters feel really under powered in comparison to my first because I refuse to grind the dungeons again for better blood gems.

Finally got Rom down. Took me some time to get dodging his projectiles right. Was getting smashed by them.

You were able to time them? I just had to get aggressive with all the spiders so he couldn't shoot them as much.

Quick step or roll once to the left and twice to the right. He'll never hit you if you start it as soon as he does the attack animation.

I have an idiot proof strategy for him. Stay close enough so that all he does it roll on his back and shoot the missiles straight up. Once you clear the mob, just go wail on him

This worked for me as well but he would always spam the missiles when he would teleport away so it took me awhile to get back in close.

I had to change my strategy to just be satisfied with hitting him 2-3 times and running away. Better to be proactive rather than reactive.

I found the first one easily. Whenever I got to the old women groups, I couldn't find the bell maiden.

Haven't had a bunch of time to play lately... but I ran into The One Reborn last night and beat him on my first attempt, only used 3 vials.

Yep. I just found out about it recently. She is on the 2nd floor of that room with the troll and wheelchair guy. You can see it where the 2nd troll falls down from.

Interesting. I couldn't find a way up to that second floor, or otherwise I may have gotten farther.
