But in the major markets outside of the NA, like the EU and UK XBONE came out first.

Yeah but EU and UK are always PlayStation dominated.
I have no idea how the other countries are doing where they are both out but I think the PS4 is selling better in just about all of them.
It'll be interesting to see the US numbers in a few more months when the PS4 is readily available everywhere.
I think BestBuy still has PS4's in stock for sale on their website, and have for about a week now. Hopefully a good sign that they're becoming readily available.

They are damn near impossible to find. From Gamestop to Saturn( German Best Buy but way better) but you could walk into either and get an XBONE no problem.
Even Americans here the demand is higher for PS4 the BX/PX's have only sold the PS4 they raffled off the right to buy, but you could just go buy an XBONE.

Couple people I work with already jumped on it already or have lucked out on Amazon.
Im sure when I move to the UK in a little over a month it will be the same thing.

That's not it, Sony made the PS4's available damn near worldwide, while the XBone is only available in I believe 13 countries.
They produced about the same amount, the PS4 is just more global.
